Screening and Vetting BS7858

All our guards go through screening and vetting using the BS7858. The checks we carry out include:

  • 5- or 10-Year Written Career History

  • 5 Year Address Verification

  • Basic Criminality Check (DBS Check)
  • ID Verification & Right to Work Check

Lone Worker Monitoring

To protect our working security officers working alone, we provide:

  • Real time hourly and 2 hourly staff check-in calls
  • Regular phone calls and site visits by security supervisors
  • GPS mapping of lone workers
  • Mobile phones and GPS devices for easy communication and reach
  • On-going risk assessment to ensure safe access and exit
  • Timesheet to document whereabouts and timing of activities undertaken
